Albino Bull Moose in Alaska Caught On Film

The footage of this albino bull moose is as rare as wildlife footage gets.

Since Alaska’s human population is extremely low, an encounters with albino bull moose almost never happen. This rare footage shows what looks like a respectable bull moose still wearing it’s velvety antlers.

I Love Alaska originally shared the video on their Facebook page and received a lot of positive feedback.

One person commented, “WOW it’s like our own Alaskan unicorn!!”

Watch the video below to see this amazing animal for  yourself.

The moose population in Alaska, Yukon and British Columbia is thought to be between 170,000-220,000.

Due to the large expanse of wilderness in Alaska, strict measures against poaching are sometimes hard to enforce. The Alaskan or Yukon Moose is the largest wild animal in North America. A full grown-bull moose is strong enough to flip a car and easily cause death or serious injury to a human being.
