You can see Andy’s transformation, he lost 50 pounds in the five and a half months, throughout the time-lapse.

It is really cool to see Andy, the scenery, and the weather change throughout the time-lapse. He definitely looks like a man of the trail by the end.

This video really captures the beauty of the PCT and the stamina needed to complete the trek.

Andy’s time-lapse is a a teaser for a new short film being released this summer called “Lost or Found: Life After Hiking 2,660 Miles from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail,” documenting his trek.

“The end of the trail is the beginning of the story.”
