850-Yard Offhand Shot by 17-Time Bianchi Cup Champ Silences Pigman

bianchi

Doug Koenig demonstrates why he is the 17-time Bianchi Cup champion by showcasing some serious skill. This 850-yard offhand shot will leave you speechless.

We all love guns and an afternoon of plinking. And yes, we are sure you’re an incredible shot. (Anyone can shoot great groups with good conditions and a rock-solid shooting rest, though).

Doug Koenig silences Pigman as he smokes a target at 850 yards offhand. Pigman challenges the 17-time Bianchi Cup champ, and Koenig does what he does best: hits his target. With people talking all around, other shots being fired, and Pigman looking over his shoulder, Koenig settles in and squeezes one off.

Here’s the video:

After the shot, Doug turns around to say “a little low.” By a little low, he didn’t mean he missed the target a little low, but just a little low from where he was aiming.

After that kind of shot, most hunters would be jumping and screaming and headed to buy their next lottery ticket.

For Doug and his Leupold, well, it’s just another day at the office.
